All new tenants are allocated a plot of around 125 square metres. You can only apply for a single plot so please consider carefully which site is best for you. Ideally you should consider selecting a site close to your home.
Subject to you achieving good to excellent scores in your plot inspections over at least six months of your tenancy, you may wish to contact the council to discuss a plot extension to 250 square metres.
